01 / Capabilities
What we build.
Intelligence, software and physical systems. Built around the way an organisation works.
01Discovery & system design+
Find the operational problem worth solving.
- Workflow and information-flow mapping
- Data quality and availability assessment
- Bottleneck analysis and baseline measurement
- Feasibility studies and working prototypes
- Solution architecture and acceptance criteria
- What you receive
- A mapped workflow, a measured baseline and a scoped plan. A diagnostic can stand alone; it does not commit you to a larger build.
- Who it fits
- A team with a recurring operational problem and uncertainty about where to start.
02Intelligence & planning+
Connect what you know to what you can do.
- Operational data models and connected knowledge
- Forecasting and scenario comparison
- Production planning and order feasibility
- Capacity, material and allocation optimisation
- Exception detection and decision-support interfaces
- What you receive
- A decision tool built around a defined operation, with visible assumptions, traceable inputs and agreed measures of usefulness.
- Who it fits
- Manufacturing, supply and operations teams making repeated decisions across conflicting constraints.
03Software & business systems+
Build the missing pieces of the operation.
- Custom web and mobile applications
- CRM and ERP extensions
- Inventory, procurement and order workflows
- Customer, supplier and partner portals
- Approvals, field capture and management dashboards
- What you receive
- Working software, integrations, documentation and an agreed deployment and support scope. Existing systems are retained where they are useful.
- Who it fits
- Growing businesses whose workflows have outgrown their existing tools.
04Data & integration+
Give the operation one connected foundation.
- Tally, ERP, CRM and database integrations
- Spreadsheet and document ingestion
- Entity matching and master-data reconciliation
- Data pipelines, refresh monitoring and quality checks
- Permissions, provenance and audit history
- What you receive
- Connected sources with clear ownership, refresh rules and error handling. Small, bounded integrations are open-access work.
- Who it fits
- Teams reconciling the same information across multiple systems.
05AI & automation+
Remove repeat work. Keep decisions accountable.
- Document extraction and classification
- Search over authorised business knowledge
- Assistants with source references
- Approved-action agents and workflow orchestration
- Human review, evaluation and cost monitoring
- What you receive
- A bounded workflow with evaluation criteria, review points and operational monitoring. Capability is tested against the actual task.
- Who it fits
- Teams with repeatable, information-heavy work and a clear way to review output.
06Digital experiences+
Design and engineering, in the same room.
- Company and product websites
- WebGL experiences and product configurators
- Commerce, portals and customer journeys
- Product interfaces and design systems
- Accessibility, performance and technical discoverability
- What you receive
- A designed, built and tested digital experience. Projects range from a focused website to a deeply integrated platform; larger programmes enter North Star review.
- Who it fits
- Businesses and agencies that need design ambition backed by implementation.
07Robotics & physical systems+
Take intelligence into the physical world.
- Task-specific robotics and control software
- Machine vision and inspection prototypes
- Sensors, telemetry and edge intelligence
- Drone inspection, mapping and mission-data systems
- Hardware integration and field validation
- What you receive
- Feasibility first, then a bounded prototype in its intended environment. Hardware selection, specialist partners and deployment conditions are agreed before rollout.
- Who it fits
- An identified physical task with testable conditions, an operator and a path to field validation.
08Deployment & ongoing operation+
A system has to survive everyday use.
- Cloud, private and edge deployment
- Data migration and commissioning
- Training and operational documentation
- Monitoring, maintenance and recovery procedures
- Model evaluation and outcome reviews
- What you receive
- A defined handover and operating agreement: responsibilities, support coverage, monitoring and a process for improvement.
- Who it fits
- Teams taking a prototype into regular use or maintaining a live system.
02 / Development
Product directions.
Build around a real problem. Repeat what works.
The first direction is Production Intelligence for growing manufacturers: connect orders, materials and capacity, then make the next decision easier to assess. The wider product family develops from validated operational needs.
These are product directions and research areas. They are not a list of released products.
01Production IntelligenceFirst product direction+
Which orders are at risk, and what can the operation actually do about them?
- Scope
- Order feasibility, material and capacity constraints, scenario comparison and approved changes.

Change something.
A small operation. Real calculations. See what follows from a different input.
Bring an actual workflow ↗04 / Company
XTMA.
An independent intelligence and engineering company.
We connect data, decisions and action through software, applied AI and physical systems. Our work starts with the operation: the people, information, constraints and decisions that determine what happens next.
VisionAdvanced capability, within reach.
Make the tools to understand, plan and act available to growing businesses—not only the largest organisations. Start with SMEs and MSMEs; build systems that can grow with the complexity of their work.
MissionMake the operation work better.
Turn a defined problem into a working system. Connect useful data, build the missing software, and engineer physical capability when the task calls for it. Measure the outcome against an agreed baseline.
MethodUnderstand. Build. Put it to work.
Observe the workflow. Test the smallest useful version. Validate it with the people who use it. Document the system, deploy it with ownership, and improve it from evidence.
Curiosity asks the question.
The work has to answer it.

North Star✳
A shared outcome. The conditions to reach it.
North Star is the review path for larger software, intelligence and physical-system engagements. Entry-level services remain open to everyone. For larger work, we first establish whether the problem, people and commitment support a useful result.
01A defined outcome
A specific problem and an observable measure of improvement.
02An accountable owner
Someone who can make decisions and bring the operation into the work.
03Access to reality
The people, processes and authorised data needed to test the idea.
04Commitment to adoption
Time, resources and willingness to use what gets built.
The review is a conversation about fit. Project scope and commercial terms are agreed individually; sending a brief is not an acceptance or a commitment.
