See the impact. Then decide.

A planned intelligence platform for production, supply and the decisions that connect them.

Is this you?Read these before anything else
  • One supplier date moves and nobody can say which customer promises are now at risk.
  • Planning changes faster than your spreadsheets can be updated.
  • You choose between options without ever being able to compare them properly.
Not yet, if

This is a design-partner preview, not a live product. It begins with a focused diagnostic, and a no-go — or a separately scoped build — can be the right outcome of that diagnostic.

What you getPlanned deliverables
Data foundation
Trace source, timestamp and definitions across approved operational data.
Control Tower
Orders, material, capacity, exceptions and commitments in one view.
Operations Console
Owned queues, approval rules, escalation and decision history.
Scenario Engine
Compare alternatives before committing, with assumptions and confidence stated.
Agentic Planner
Investigate exceptions, assemble the evidence and draft options for approval.
Value Ledger
Track predicted against actual results, with attribution and limits recorded.
How it startsFour stages
1

A change

A supplier moves a delivery date, or an urgent order arrives.

2

The exposure

Affected orders, constraints and owners are brought into view.

3

The options

Compare the feasible responses and the assumptions each one rests on.

4

The decision

The responsible person approves, and the actual result is recorded.

Timing
The diagnostic runs remotely over 1–2 weeks. You receive one workflow reviewed against up to three supplied exports, a baseline and one named operating constraint assessed, a bounded rollout plan using an existing module and connector, and acceptance criteria defining what a pilot must demonstrate.
How we judge it
A business case you can inspect — then a contained pilot on one site, one module and one bottleneck before anything expands.
Best fit
Manufacturers whose planning changes faster than their spreadsheets.
Good to know
Every capability above is a planned capability. Interfaces are concepts, not screenshots of a deployed platform, and module readiness is agreed explicitly with each design partner. The diagnostic is a remote assessment: no on-site audit or data cleanup is included.

Scope, feasibility and investment are confirmed in a proposal written against your brief. Nothing on this page is a quotation.

The next step

Find the bottleneck.

  • What is happening?
  • What should be happening?
  • What is it costing you?

We’ll determine whether there is a system worth building — and tell you if there isn’t.
